Much Ado about Nothing!

Hello there!
So finally after 3 years of pondering and procrastinating I have been able to start blogging. Maybe its sheer boredom that made me take this step or that I really want people to enjoy my writing. Just like the title of this particular blogpost, my blog is going to be about nothing..like Seinfeld was - a show about nothing! Yet very witty and entertaining!
If any of you are wondering about the title of the blog "Life's a rummy affair", the word "rummy" in P.G. Wodehouse's dictionary means something odd or peculiar. Well LIFE is odd, isn't it! I couldn't think of any one better than the beloved P.G. Wodehouse as an inspiration for my blog. His characters like Jeeves, Bertie Wooster & Aunt Agatha are as firmly implanted in my mind as "Mogambo" or "Gabbar" or "Shaktimaan" for that matter. Btw, when I was a kid I used to think Shaktimaan was a big show off! (No offence to anybody)
Right now I have so much to say, but my commitments to the real world beckon me. Adios and see you soon!

  2. any ways as i too was busy in doing nothing i thought y not be the first guy to follow some one who is busy in writing about doing nothing that would be a great compliment, wouldnt it?
As for shaktimaan he was always a big show off!!!!
I can understand superman drilling a hole in ground by spinning about himself but shaktimaan doing it is a bit to much!!!!
Have never read P.G. Woodhouse so cant comment on that but would like to add that its not only seinfeld but many serials (like how i met your mother ( season 4 and he still hasnt met his kid's mother!!!!), friends, etc.) are based on doing nothing!!!!
So after typing all that , I would like to say happy blogging!!!!!
